Timing guidelines as follows;

• Fine/weak hair - Step 1 - 8 minutes.  Step 2 - 4 minutes.
• Regular hair - Step 1 - 10 minutes.  Step 2 - 5 minutes.
• Strong/coarse hair - Step 1 - 12 minutes.  Step 2 - 6 minutes.
